Refund Policy

Please review our refund guidelines before making any payments.

In most cases, no refund will be granted once the payment is completed. However, exceptions may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Multiple payments made for the same service.
  • Payment completed but no confirmation received due to connection failure, and the School is unable to provide a soft copy of the Fee Invoice.

Note: Transaction fees charged by the payment gateway will not be refunded or reversed for any refund or cancellation.

For online payments, candidates must keep a record of the transaction number and order number for future reference. Any request for a refund, for whatsoever reason, will be at the sole discretion of the School.
